Anyone attending a Webinar can do so from the comfort of their own home, office or wherever they may be. There is MUCH MUCH more to a delivering a webinar than just clicking on the link and going over a presentation for an hour or so.
Firstly ……is your webinar sign up form correct as this can make the difference between someone signing up for your webinar ……..or NOT!
Have you looked at the default reminder emails for the webinar? Do they suit the timings for when you want reminders to be sent out? You can change them to suit your needs.
Do you know how to chat to other presenters BEFORE you start the webinar………so that those attending the webinar cannot hear you.
Do you need to ask a question of anyone signing up i.e what is the ONE thing they want to achieve from the webinar?
Do you need to set up a Poll to ask some questions during the webinar?
Once the webinar is over, you can stick with the default messages that go out BUT you may want to personalise for those that attended ……and for those who registered but didn’t show up.
You can retreive any questions that were typed into the Questions area and respond to those once the webinar is over.
