Schedule Your Work with Outlook
Jan 18th
How often have you sat down to read and answer email only to look at the clock and see that hours have passed? Is this task taking you away from more important parts of your business? If you don’t already, schedule working with your email during your less productive times which might be the beginning and ending of the day or during lunch when email won’t take you away from the top work priorities. Then, during the rest of the day, limit your email activities to key contacts and action items.
KISS Training are holding two Outlook webinars this week. We will show you lots of simple hints and tips which are guaranteed to save you time and stress! Each webinar is one hour long and as well as learning valuable tools, you will also have the chance to ask our trainer questions. Click here, to book your webinar.

A Basic Introduction to Temporary Internet Files
Nov 13th
Have you ever wondered what Temporary Internet Files are? Not sure if they are good or bad?
Every time your computer opens a webpage, it requests to retrieve pictures, images, and other data from a website to your computer. This process can take some time, especially on heavily loaded websites or if you’re using a slow Internet connection like dial-up. To save time and be more efficient, your computer saves many of the files that download from each website to your harddrive.

Some of you will have seen YouTube videos (http://www.youtube.com)
and you may have even posted a YouTube video.
In YouTube you can find loads of mini videos (a few minutes long) and anyone can post on there. You can get lots of great information there and I will post more YouTube information and links very soon.
I went to the World Internet Summit in September 2008 and one of the presenters played a YouTube video called “My Cubicle” and I found it very funny. There are lots of versions of this on YouTube but I can’t find the one I originally saw but found this one that is equally funny. See this link to watch it:
