Making Email Messages Work For You

Clear and concise e-mails to help drive home the message and encourage that ideal response from the reader. E-mails may be considered to be like a train with each word representing the message of the train and as such, readers receive each word in the order and manner it was delivered. A flurry of words becomes a ‘train wreck’ where your audience will become confused and most likely misinterpret your message. On many occasions having a retrospective view of the e-mail is not viable as the message has already been sent to the user.
