Thank you Eileen and Suzanne,
Your training today was expertly delivered in a clear and understandable way.
I've been drowning in email overwhelm and today's training was exactly what I needed to transform my inbox!
I had no idea that we could get so much out of Outlook.
The best thing about today was learning how to use the Tasks and Calendar as a time management tool - it's going to really help me focus and follow up so much more easily and coherently.
The magic in your Outlook training was showing us how we could use all the features together, cutting down on repetitive tasks, being much more effective and time efficient.
Thanks again girls, extremely valuable training :)

Well done to all at KISS.... I can see this is going to become an invaluable service offering online training in a broad range of Business applications... even our own i-Tr@der solution (hopefully) as we move into 2010....
